Wondering where Soft Swirv delivers? Currently, we offer our exclusive routes in Dublin, Ohio, and nearby neighborhoods, with more neighborhoods on the horizon! To check if your neighborhood is included, join our reserved routes. If we're not there yet, we'll keep you in the loop and send a text when we add your neighborhood to our route
Can we text anytime we want Soft Swirv at our house?

We love that idea! However, our model focuses timesaving home delivery. We design routes in specific neighborhoods by alerting registered customers ahead of time. This way, we can map out our deliveries, serving as many customers as possible in the quickest way. While it's not an instant request service, it ensures efficient and widespread coverage for all our ice cream enthusiasts!
Can I Reserve a Soft Swirv Truck for a private event?

At this time we do not offer private events. We plan to add this service in 2025.
Do you serve non-dairy ice cream?

We've got you covered. Soft Swirv proudly features non-dairy dole whip. enjoy our flavors of the day with your favorite toppings.
What if there is a nut allergy in our family?

All of our ice cream is served in the same kitchen, so there is a chance of cross contamination with Milk, wheat, eggs, soybeans, coconut, peanuts & tree nuts.
